Commercial stainless steel gas deep fryer with welded tank, heavy-duty burners, and oil-cooling zone for longer oil life. Features adjustable thermostat (200°F–400°F), two nickel-plated baskets, wire mesh crumb screen, and casters — ideal for hotel kitchens, restaurant owners & chefs, bakeries and cafés, and grocery or market operations.

- Self-reset high temperature limiting device
- Two (2) nickel plated baskets with coated handles standard
