  • Custom, special-order, or backordered items may require additional lead time.
  • Customers will be notified if there are any delays affecting their order.

Business days exclude weekends and statutory holidays.

2. Shipping Coverage

We ship across Western Canada, including:

  • Saskatchewan
  • Manitoba

For deliveries outside these provinces, please contact us (+1 (403) 300-2229) prior to placing your order.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping method is determined by product size, weight, and destination.

Standard Freight (Western Canada)

  • Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days
  • Large commercial equipment ships via LTL freight carrier
  • Delivery is curbside only unless additional services are arranged

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, remote locations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Delivery Charges

  • Shipping and freight costs are calculated separately from product pricing.
  • Rates vary depending on size, weight, and delivery location.
  • Additional charges may apply for:
    > Liftgate service
    > Residential delivery
    > Limited or remote access areas
    > Inside delivery or placement
    > Re-delivery due to missed appointments

All applicable delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Delivery Requirements

Customers must:

  • Provide a complete and accurate delivery address
  • Include business name and contact number (for commercial deliveries)
  • Ensure someone is present to receive and inspect the shipment

We are not liable for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

6. Inspection & Freight Damage

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon delivery.

  • Any visible damage must be noted on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.
  • Photos of the damage must be taken.
  • Concealed damage must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Failure to properly document freight damage may result in denial of a claim by the carrier.

7. Large Equipment Considerations

Most refrigeration and cooking equipment ships via freight and requires proper access.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming doorways and pathways are large enough for the equipment
  • Ensuring proper electrical and plumbing readiness
  • Arranging professional installation if required

Installation services are not included unless specifically agreed upon.

8. Order Pick-Up (If Available)

Local pickup may be available at our showroom location (40- 2151 32 ST NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 7G3) by appointment.

Customers will be notified once their order is ready.
