Commercial stainless steel deep fryer with welded tank and heavy-duty burners, maintaining 200°F–400°F for perfectly fried foods. Features oil cooling zone, automatic thermostat, safety valve, two nickel-plated baskets with coated handles, and casters — ideal for hotel kitchens, restaurant owners & chefs, bakeries and cafés, and grocery or market operations.
