Commercial stainless steel gas fryer with welded tank, heavy-duty burners, and automatic thermostat maintaining 200°F–400°F for consistent frying. Features oil cooling zone, safety valve, self-reset high-temp limiter, two nickel-plated baskets, and casters — perfect for hotel kitchens, restaurant owners & chefs, bakeries and cafés, and grocery or market operations.
